How come I have to pay full price for my appointment when I have insurance coverage?

There can be a number of reasons. Sometimes there is a deductible at the beginning of the calendar year or you may have reached your maximum benefits.

Occasionally insurance companies will place a claim on hold or reject our submission because they require further processing or ask the patient to submit the claim manually along with the original receipts. In this case, we ask that you pay in full for the visit and submit the claim manually on your end.

To find out more about your benefits, coverage and to submit a claim yourself, log in to your member account via your insurance company’s website.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Physiotherapy & Chiropractic: If you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours or you do not show up for your appointment, we waive the first occurrence, however, after that, we will apply a fee to your account equal to 50% of your appointment.

Massage Therapy: Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost after the first occurrence.
